Drink Now from 2010-03-01 Aromas of sliced apples, praline, and
lemon zest follow through on a soft, brisk entry to a dryish light body with
soft citrus oil and mineral notes. Finishes crisply, though with a nice citrus
and apple peel tang. A bit of a rollercoaster, but ends in a nice place. Try
with scallops
