Sunday Dinner Recipe Vol. 1

While you are stuck at home, why not try out some of Chef Mike's favorite recipes?!
Pop open a bottle of your favorite CMW wine and start cooking!

Crab Cakes
Suggested Pairing: CM Sauvignon Blanc or CM Chardonnay

Grocery List:
-Super lump crab- 1 pound
-White bread- 2 slices
-Eggs- 1 each
-Worcestershire- 1 teaspoon
-Parsley, chop- 1 teaspoon
-Old Bay- 1/2 teaspoon
-Mayo, Hellmans- 1/4 cup

Preperation:
-Dice bread small, no crust
-Beat eggs and Worcestershire
-Mix all ingredients very gently, carefull not to break top crab lumps
-Form into cakes
-Brown on both sides in a hot pan with vegetable oil
-Place on a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes
-Serve with tartar sauce, cocktail sauce or whatever you like!
