Aged 11 months in a thoughtful mix of 25% new French oak, 25% once-used French oak, and 50% neutral French oak, this bone-dry Chardonnay opens with aromas of lemon, limestone, refined oak, and a touch of melon. On the palate, layers of citrus unfold from zesty lemon to juicy tangerine, framed by a textured mouthfeel shaped by coastal salinity and nuanced oak. The finish is lively, with energetic acidity intertwined with a gentle note of toasted oak.
