Isaac Smith Vermouth

Isaac Smith Vermouth is aromatic and beautifully balanced, opening with inviting notes of chamomile, Earl Grey tea, and baked apple. The palate unfolds with bright orange and delicate wildflower, leading into a refined finish of citrus rind and raw honey. Crafted from 100% Vidal Blanc, this vermouth is composed of ⅔ fortified barrel-aged Vidal and ⅓ dry Vidal wine, creating depth, freshness, and elegant structure. It pairs effortlessly with briny oysters, marinated olives, and artisanal cheeses, especially fresh goat and bloomy styles, and complements charcuterie, roasted nuts, citrus-driven seafood, and light herbal appetizers, making it an ideal choice from aperitif through the first course.
