Crafted exclusively from grapes grown in our Sandman Vineyard, our 2023 Estate Cabernet Franc showcases the depth and elegance of this exceptional site. Aromas of chocolate-covered espresso beans and black licorice open the wine, leading to a rich palate layered with ripe plum and fig. Aged for 12 months in 33% new and 66% neutral French oak, the wine finishes with silky, refined tannins and beautifully integrated acidity, offering both structure and balance.
